Role Summary: The Marketing and Communications Head will be responsible for driving the school’s brand strategy, overseeing marketing campaigns, and managing communications to enhance the institution's visibility and reputation. Additionally, this role will oversee and streamline the school’s admissions process and ensure the efficient management of front office operations, fostering a positive and professional experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the school’s vision, values, and academic offerings. Serve as the primary spokesperson for the school, ensuring consistent and positive communication across all channels. Manage and streamline the entire admissions lifecycle, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective families. Oversee front office operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, parents, and students. Train and supervise front office staff to ensure high standards of customer service and efficiency.
