At DLF, we are on a mission to transform the world one child at a time. We believe that education should not confine learners to a syllabus but expose them to life. To be the individuals who will take charge of the world tomorrow, our children have to have the necessary Life Skills and the right Attitude.

We offer numerous opportunities and platforms to Delfites so that they not only discover themselves but also create themselves. These opportunities to rub shoulder with life are significantly greater for Class XI & XII be it through the leadership roles they get or through inculcating Entrepreneurial skills as our young learners of class XI cultivate themselves to be job creators rather than job seekers.

Our Academic Outcomes too have consistently celebrated this culture of transformation that we stand for. Over the years, academic excellence has been the hallmark of our school. Ours is a school that has seen a steady track record of excellence in academics because Nurturing the achievers and cultivating the winners has been our sanctimonious mission since past 22 years and this ideology has been successfully implemented throughout our journey with the school churning State and District toppers.

DLF Student Guild

At DLF, we focus on fostering leadership skills early amongst our learners. DLF Student Guild that comprises of the Peer Educators and Student Leaders gives an opportunity to our learners to put leadership into practice, thereby inculcating a sense of responsibility and ownership amongst them. This also serves as a podium to make leadership more diversified and accountable. The Guild is divided into the four houses named after the planets as Mercury , Venus, Mars and Jupiter. Members of Students’ Guild are chosen every year through a month-long arduous screening and sifting process by the school committee and the previous Guild.

The student leaders organise and run House and School assemblies, work together to develop and promote a shared community spirit, positive mental health, self-identity, integrity, positive self-esteem there by creating synergy to build capacities of self and peer, and pride above all. They take part in a variety of activities focused on teamwork, collaboration and problem solving. Each house earns House points throughout the year for academic success, team participation and pastoral leadership. With the Inter-House competitions and Sports Day as major fixtures in the House calendar, the year culminates with the winning House being awarded with the House Trophy.

Each selected guild member grows as a leader by assuming small leadership roles in majority of their learning transactions. In the process, they learn time management and art of delegation thereby developing a sense of responsibility. Above all they are moulded to become the future leaders who eventually grow into the concerned and caring citizens of the world, for the world.
