Rules and Regulation for Transfer Certificate
- TC has to be applied in school through a physical form and not through an e-mail.
- At least 3 months notice should be given for withdrawal of the student or 3 months fees should be deposited in lieu of that.
- The application for the Transfer Certificate should be signed by the father/mother/legal guardian who had signed the Admission Form at the time of admission of the concerned student. All dues must be cleared before a transfer certificate is issued. No transfer certificate will be issued where a student is withdrawn without prior notice.
- A written application addressed to the Principal should be submitted by the parents for withdrawal of a student from the school. No cognisance will be given to verbal intimations or E-mail notifications or information shared with the Mother Teacher or any other Coordinator in course of a meeting.
- Three calendar months notice in writing should be given by the parents before withdrawing a student from the school or 3 months fees should be deposited in lieu of that.
- School leaving form is available at the School's reception.
- The processing of the School leaving form shall take a minimum of 15 working days from the date of application.
- Students who leave school in April/May must pay a fee for the full quarter.
- Caution money shall be forfeited if not claimed beyond 6 months from the date of notice of withdrawal.
- Parents should themselves get the signature of District Education Officer and CBSE, if needed, on the transfer certificate.

- Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
a) Gross misconduct/indiscipline/non-payment of fee.
b) Consistent failure to make payment of fee before due dates despite reminders.
c) Absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than 15 consecutive days.
Note:- The Principal's decision will be the final in all cases of withdrawal or striking off the name of a student.
