March 21, 2018
Once again it’s time to open our arms and welcome your ward into the DLF Family. Before s/he joins us, we would like to have an official database ready which includes his/her details in the school records as well as the Identity Card. You are requested to come to school on Saturday, March 24, 2018 any time between 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. to complete the transport formalities. The suitable coach route is also to be finalized and submitted by you in writing on the same day. Any discrepancy in the route can be cleared with Mr. Raj Kumar, Transport Incharge.
On the same day, we invite you to join us for a School Walkthrough. IMPORTANT
o Please carry two Passport Size Photographs of your ward along with the photographs of both the parents for Parent’s ID Card.
o For the Prospective cab drivers, Rickshaw operators and guardians upto Class- III, a Security Pass for the security of the child is to be made. Kindly collect the pass from the table marked ‘SECURITY PASS’ on the same day. It has to be filled and submitted at the School Reception before Thursday, March 29, 2018 for verification by the school authorities and will be handed back to the parents on Tuesday, April 3, 2018.
It is strongly recommended that parents should NOT risk the safety of their wards by using stray vans/rickshaws. This recommendation comes in view of the aftermath of serious mishaps which have occurred in previous years where unaccountable were allowed possession of school children. We prefer parents/grandparents to pick their wards themselves after showing the Parent ID card/Security Pass in case they are not availing school transport.
