DLF Public school organised two-day long first ever Anapana Residential Meditation Camp  by Vipassana Sadhna Sanstha, the first of its kind in Ghaziabad from May 12 to May  13, 2018. The meditation course was conducted under the able guidance of Mr. Apoorva Lochan, an expert in the field and his dhama teachers.

The  programme aimed at raising the Emotional & Spiritual Quotient of students through Anapana Meditation and helped students  to cultivate better self-discipline, increased calmness, enhanced well-being, non- forgetfulness, as well as link it to ethical training and wisdom, necessary for living a fuller and productive life. Mr. Apporva Lochan, Vipassana Instructor, while creating an instant connect with participants emphasised on the numerous benefits that can be derived from practicing Vipassana Meditation. He said that he is grateful that the school has been taking such an enterprising initiative for the overall development of mind and soul of its learners.
