The day ended with the most appropriate gift for the staff. A a�?Power Brain Yogaa�� session was organized for the staff and educators. The session was conducted by Dr. Nina Saxena, Pranic Healer at Atmatva. She demonstrated how Power Brain Yoga will help teachers and students alike to improve childrena��s thinking and mental abilities and functions. Power Brain Yoga is essentially a form of acupressure and breathing technique used to balance both hemispheres of the brain and bring energy up to the brain and increase the synchronization between both the lobes. The exercise is easy to learn, takes only a few minutes to do and can be done by anyone.
