Under the flagship of the UK based initiative ‘Teach a Man to Fish’, this year new badge holders of the School Enterprise Club enthusiastically contributed working towards the business operations of the Entrepreneur Club. The newly appointed team of CEO, COO, CFO, marketing executive, creative teams and sales executive team created handicrafts that were environment friendly and economically viable.
During the pre-festivities of this year Diwali, on the occasion of parent-teacher meeting held in the school on Oct 14, 2017 the young entrepreneurs encouraged the parent community to use eco-friendly and hand-made products. The beautifully crafted handmade products were truly blended with inspiration and ethics. There were variety of exquisite Diwali Collection to choose from such as scented candles, exquisite handmade jewellery, ornamental plants and various decor items to brighten up the homes.
The club already the winner of the Top Global Prize at the School Enterprise Challenge International 2012. The award is the testimony to the school’s effort to create 21 st century citizens, providing them a platform for real life application of class room learning as we believe that entrepreneurship in education is one of the significant needs of the 21st century global education system.This exposure has not only helped students get a taste of the real business world but also in developing their vocational skills and learning the virtues of team work, honesty and hard work.
