Seven Years of Creating Young Entrepreneurial Mindset
Enterprise club is like running our own little business which is is a great way to develop entrepreneurial skills and numeracy, in a lively and enjoyable way. ‘Money Plant‘ , the school enterprise club presented their business report in November 2017. In the session 2017-18 the club redefined their club structure and is well-equipped with Directors, CEO, CFOs, COO, Team Leaders, Sales Executives, Innovation Officers, Creative leads and Marketing team. The club is running its business successfully since its inception in the year 2010. The club which is an initiative by Grade XI Delfites of Commerce stream has ‘Vatera Gardini‘, ‘Rolling Strokes’, ‘Beady Delight‘ and ‘Candle Topia‘ business teams. Each business unit has their own specialization in areas like gardening, art and craft, jewellery and candle making.
Delfites wrote a new chapter in the journey of the Enterprise Club as team leaders of each business unit shared their business report with their peers, guild members and the school management. Each one shared their success stories while presenting details of their innovation, investment and sales. The event concluded with felicitation of the Enterprise Club members by Principal Seema Jerath. Rolling Strokes was acknowledged for its best innovation, Candle Topia bagged the best customer handling tag while the other two new business units Vatera Gardening and Beady Delight were acknowledged for their best initiative and persistent sales. The day was a celebration of the transformational journey of the club since its inception!

The Young CEO Khyati Dahiya expressed this journey in her words as ‘ We nurtured ourselves, took risks and not just absorbed them, collaborated to perfection or at least close to it and then continues an endless...’ while COO Vikrant Rana sums it up as ‘We don’t have customers, we have fans‘.
