A two day mega event at DLPS witnessed 850 little angels showcase infinite talent as the school celebrated ‘Recognition Day’ and lauded each little wonder of the school.  The event, held on the 15th and 16th of March, welcomed parents to see their little children unveil the magical recipe to create Heaven on Earth by their stunning performances, reflecting the important virtues of a good life through the self composed, self directed fairy tale drama ‘For Heaven’s Sake’. This grand function was held in the school’s newly acquired state-of-the-art Darbari lal auditorium.

The Chief Guests for the event were Dr. Sadhana Parashar, Director (Academics, Research, Training & Innovation) CBSE and Bharatnatyam Dancer Chandermani.  The noted dancer also engaged the audience through a brief demonstration of Bharatnatyam mudras. Celebrity dancer Surjit Sirji of Just Dance fame was the Guest Artist of the day who enthralled the audience with a breath taking performance.

The School Chairman Dr. Rakesh Khullar and the Executive Director, Dr. Mrignaini extended a hearty welcome to the guests. The School Principal, Mrs. Seema Jerath, shared success stories and various International recognitions the School has been awarded this year and envisaged the road map for the years to come.

Dr. Sadhna Parashar in her address praised the school immensely saying that she was overwhelmed with the Quality of Education being imparted and the number of best practices that are a part of DLPS. She added that all other schools could emulate the best practices at DLPS.

At DLPS, each child is unique. This ‘Unique Me’ in each single Delfite was recognized & awarded, their smiles adding glory to the resplendent evening.
